The traditional leader said this when Presidential Affairs Minister FREEDOM SIKAZWE handed over the bicycles to headmen in the area.
And SIKAZWE said the President has high regard for traditional leaders, including village headmen.
SIKAZWE who is also Mpulungu Member of Parliament explained that the district has received five hundred bicycles which has since been distributed to all headmen in the district.
