Former Vice President Enock Kavindele has challenged the opposition in the country to put national interest above their partisan interests.
Kavindele said in an interview on Monday, that as opposed to fanning political violence and provoking the ruling party supporters, the opposition especially the main one, the UPND would do well to explain their agenda for the country.
Kavindele said the PF already has what to point at through the developmental projects they have rolled out across the country.
“Let contenders especially from the Opposition UPND tell their supporters what they will do for the country instead of fanning political violence and provoking supporters of the ruling party. The PF already have what to ‘sonta’ (point at). They will just be point at the various developmental projects they have rolled out countrywide. So the onus is on the Opposition to tell their supporters what they have to offer them,” Kavindele said.
