Senior Chief Luembe of the Nsenga people says he is happy with the development agenda of the PF government.
Speaking when the provincial committee led by the provincial chairperson Andrew Lubusha paid a courtesy call on him on Saturday, Chief Luembe said it was good that the committee was visiting various parts of the province to monitor the developmental projects.
He said being the ruling party, the PF needs to unite ahead of the forthcoming elections.
“You need to unite and work together. In a few words of welcoming, you as a party is that we are behind you here as a chiefdom, we have hope that your leadership going by what you have done in various places it can help this country. It is I this vain, I am appealing to you ensure that there is no violence during your meetings,” chief Luembe said.
And Lubusha thanked Chief Luembe for supporting the development agenda of President Lungu and the PF.
He said the PF will continue engaging traditional leaders as per PF manifesto.
